According to news on May 16, Yunnan Mobile and Huawei recently joined hands to successfully establish a 50G PON demonstration park in Anning Industrial Park in Kunming.

This project adopts Huawei's 50G PON solution to provide the industrial park with all-optical 10G access speeds.

In December last year, Yunnan Mobile announced the application of 5G-A ultra-broadband and 50G PON technology, becoming one of the first cities in the country to complete dual 10G speed verification.

This time, the 50G PON industrial park demonstration project jointly promoted by Yunnan Mobile Kunming Branch and Huawei marks that Anning Industrial Park has taken the lead in completing the 50GPON 10G network transformation.

In order to meet the needs of park construction and meet the standards of Industry 4.0, it is necessary to build an all-optical 10G network infrastructure to achieve rapid data transmission and management between machines, factory workshops, control rooms and edge clouds. .
