第一次玩PHP ，多手用web 方式改了一下root 密码，再次启动 http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
出现
MySQL 返回：文档
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

还要在哪里改启动phpmyadmin的密码才得呢？或者怎么才能重置回来？

你先看看你mysql 能不能登录，如果可以的话那么尝试看看修改 phpmyadmin的配置文件是否能够登录.
文件如上所描述，不过很不好说有效果。不行的话就删除掉重新配置一下phpmyadmin就是了。怕的是你把mysql的密码都给改了
