其实很简单的！！不用.htaccess直接在HTTP.CONF中加入
AllowOverride All #允许所有指令
AuthName "member" #认证信息
AuthType Basic #认证类别
AuthUserFile d:/down/ww.pwd #认证密码文件的路径
require user askswin #可以进入的用户askswin
原来一直不行的原因是c:/apache/htdocs/down这个路径没有用绝对路径！！所以一直失败！！而且各种说明档都是针对UNIX的。UNIX的路径有没有用盘符。所以一直不成功！！
