求教怎么在eclipse中调试DeDeCMS 系统

求教如何在eclipse中调试DeDeCMS 系统？
Windows上装了DeDeCMS（ http://www.dedecms.com/index.html）,运行正常，现在想在Eclipse里边调试下它的代码，先装好Eclipse for PHP developers, 再装XDebug, 在里边试着建了一个project, 写了点PHP 代码，调试没有问题。现在的问题是，把下载的DeDeCMS的源代码导入这个project，然后按“Run”，它会在url中加入project的名字，如Http://localhost/project1/WebRoot/index.php, 而实际上应该是http://localhost/index.php, 应该如何设置才对？
