php怎么实现上传大文件

php如何实现上传大文件？
我做了一个视频网站，需要将拍摄的视频文件（一般5、6G左右）上传到服务器，然后服务器在后台自动转码成FLV，我现在用的是uploadify,上传2G以下的文件没有问题，但是上传2G以上的就会提示IE ERROR（我用的PHP语言），在PHP.INI里面已经把所有权限给到足够大了。
------解决方案--------------------
如果我没有记过的话应该是win 的系统问题。。好像超过2G以上就会出错的，你把服务器换成64位的或者LINUX试下
