作用：用于缓存和优化PHP的中间代码
扩展：不需要其他扩展
注意：在Windows上，APC会检测TMP,TEMP,USERPROFILE这些Windows的环境变量，如果这些都没有，会检查系统文件夹下的WINDOWS目录。
安装：http://pecl.php.net/package/apc
选择apc版本 点击dll下载windows版本

解压后如下
复制php_apc.dll到php/ext目录下
修改php.ini配置文件开启apc 添加 extension=php_apc.dll
