discuz2.5升级3.0的时候出现错误。提示static/image/postbg/3.jpg下载出现问题，其解决办法如下
找到 source/admincp/admincp_upgrade.php 这个文件
将文件中的
$offset = 100 * 1024;
替换为
$offset = 0;
