今天突然想用一下 em 在IE输入:5500/em/发现无法打开。后来想到是 OracleDBConsoleorcl服务没有启动。于是启动OracleDBConsoleorcl服务，发现em还是无法打开。
在网上搜索一下，，发现要重建EM，重建操作如下：
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
