Oracle 11g ORA-12514监听程序当前无法识别
环境：Win7_x64 ,Oracle 11g
描述：1第一天没问题，第二天就不能连接；
2：pl sql developer连接工具，自己安装的oracle数据库，又装了客户端
3：装了oracle，就不用装oracle客户端了。装plsql developer就能操作数据库了
解决方案：
1：配置的TNS_ADMIN环境变量，配置为（E:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN）oracle数据库相应路径
2：打开tnsnames.ora（E:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN）文件，把HOST属性改为本机的计算机名
（3：可以不用，，cmd--netca--本地网络服务名配置--删除相应的报错的配置名）
