1、 登录和访问RMAN
A、 在Windows下进入RMAN，，很简单，只需要在命令行输入rman即可。
如下:

B、 在Linux下进入RMAN同样也是在命令行输入rman即可，但是有一点需要注意，必须修改oracle用户环境变量为如下，在Linux系统中还有一个RMAN命令不是Oracle的。

执行RMAN
