由于Oracle数据库安装的时候连接的是服务器的测试数据库，现在需要连接另外一台服务器地址的数据库。打开plsql后并没有输入ip、端
由于Oracle数据库安装的时候连接的是服务器的测试数据库，，现在需要连接另外一台服务器地址的数据库。打开plsql后并没有输入ip、端口和数据库的地方。原来重新连接的时候需要在：开始---oracle--配置和移植工具--Net Configuration Assistant 以管理员身份运行。如图：
