Access提高企业管理器功能

  一旦你建立一个ADP文件,你可以在企业管理器中进行各种操作,包括建立表,查寻,存储程序,以及用户自定义功能。但是,你不能建立和执行DTS包,不能建立注册和职责等,因为Access并不能为了这些功能而取代企业管理器。

  请遵循这些步骤以建立这一ADP工具(这一工具只适用于Access 2000或者Access XP):

  1. 根据你的选择建立一个与SQL数据库相关联的ADP。请确保它们之间的连接是成功的,而连接成功也取决于多种因素,比如集成或者独立的注册。

  2. 在Access中查看数据窗口。如果你使用的是Access 2000,你将看到的是用于查询(Queries)和存储程序(Stored Procedures)的独立标签。如果你使用的是Access 2002(XP),这两个标签将合成一个。

  4. 建立一个标量(scalar)或者一个表格函数(table function)。

  5. 依照出现的提示和建立需要的功能。虽然这些功能比较简单,但是它能够给你对这一工具有个感性的认识。

  企业管理器的作用更多是为了维护而不是为了开发。很多其它公司都提供了相应的工具,但那些工具的费用都非常的高昂。即使你得到这些第三方产品的许可,在使用之前也应该检查Access ADP文件。幸运的话,你还可以获得你想要的全部功能,而这些功能都是免费的。
