要使用表设计器来创建一个表首先要打开表设计器在数据库窗口中将鼠标移动到创建方法和已有对象列表上双击使用设计器创建表选项弹出表:表对话框

对话框分为两个部分上半部分是表设计器下半部分用来定义表中字段的属性表的设计器其实就是一个数据表只是在这个数据表中只有字段名称数据类型和说明三列当我们要建立一个表的时候只要在设计器字段名称列中输入表中需要字段的名称并在数据类型列中定义那些字段的数据类型就可以了设计器中的说明列中可以让表的制作人对那些字段进行说明以便以后修改表时能知道当时为什么设计这些字段

现在我们就用表设计器来建立一个记录订单信息的表首先要知道在订单表中需要包括的信息在这个表中一定要有订单号订货单位货物名称订货数量经手人订货日期等信息在表设计器的字段名称列中按顺序输入这些字段的名称表就初步建好了
