杀进程的时候报出ORA-00031-标记要终止的会话但是查看v$session视图会话还存在，只是状态改为 killed，并未被真正kill掉
杀进程的时候报出
ORA-00031-标记要终止的会话
但是查看v$session视图会话还存在，只是状态改为 killed，并未被真正kill掉
这时，我们可以从操作系统层杀掉该进程
步骤：
1、根据v$session 中的paddr字段查找对应的spid
select spid from v$process a where a.ADDR='paddr'
2、登录到操作系统Oracle用户，查找对应的进程
ps -ef |grep spid
3、杀掉查到的进程
kill -9 spid
完成后验证一下，，进程确实被杀掉了
