目标：
WebLogic Server启动时报错：
解决方案：
当一个server启动时，一个.lok文件被创建。该文件在$FMW_HOME/servers/SERVERNAME/tmp/SERVERNAME.lok下。若是该文件存在，那么它不能被再次创建，并且server启动不了。
解决这个问题的方法是删除已经存在的lok文件或者 kill掉正在持有该文件的正在运行的进程。
