在安装gi的时候提示:“INS-20802] Automatic storage Management Configuration Assistant Failed”
我之前也出现过这个问题:

问题原因:
1、直接原因是监听没有启动
2、hosts文件中存有多个ip但是主机名称都是是xxx.domainxxx
问题解决:
修改hosts配置,修改listener.ora中hosts地址信息,此问题得到解决。
问题二:
监听没有添加到crs中
问题描述:
使用crsctl stat res -t 没有查看到本地监听,使用srvctl add listener无法添加监听
问题原因:
hosts文件配置错误,监听已经启动
问题解决:
1、修改hosts文件,将主机名移动到域名之前
2、关闭监听
3、srvctl add listener添加监听
4、crsctl start resource xxxxlistener.lnsr启动监听。
问题得到解决
问题三:字符集问题:
