解决办法：开始->计算机（右键）->属性->高级系统设置->高级-(性能)设置-数据执行保护->在为除下列选定xxxxx中添加
PLSQL等出现问题的程序。应用，确定，重启。
如果还是出现问题：
使用管理员身份运行cmd.exe，进入后使用命令 bcdedit 查看相关设置。
如果最后一项 nx 的状态为 Always off,则使用 bcdedit /set nx OptOut.然后重启程序。
