　　Oracle客户体验解决方案首次在中国亮相。麦肯锡全球研究所(MGI)认为，中国成全球电子商务第二大市场，预计于2015年将超过美国。而传统的管理只能解决库存管理，刘松表示，Oracle方案管理全流程覆盖客户的生命周期，以客户为中心是电子商务客户体验提升的一个重要因素，未来企业电子商务将会完成从制造业向以客户为中心转型的全流程创新的一个重要工具。
