Oracle Metalink帐号重要更改策略

从2006年5月开始，所有的Metalink用户将被要求重新到Metalink注册账户，并需要使用有效的email地址作为“用户名”，来取代当前的“UserID”。

登陆时，Metalink将呈现新的注册页面，显示您注册使用的email地址。您需要确认该email地址是否是您将使用的新的Metalink用户名，然后您的口令将被重新设置并发送到您的email 邮箱中。

您第二次登陆到Metalink时，系统会要求您使用新的“UserID”（即：您注册的邮件地址），并改变您的口令。有多个Metalink帐户或多个email地址的客户将被引导到其它的步骤来更新其帐号。

例如： Fred Bloggs 的当前 MetaLink 帐号是fbloggs，一旦Metalink的更改生效后，他再登陆到Metalink时，他将被要求更改为fred.bloggs@email.com

对所有访问Oracle站点的客户和员工而言，这是Metalink过渡到 Single Sign On的第一步。

2. 访问MetaLink

另外，对于那些没有有效CSI （客户服务号）的Metalink用户，也可以重新注册用户名，但将被限制为只能访问Metalink User Profile.CSI是您获得支持服务的依据，CSI将在服务合同生效后发送给最终用户。更多信息请参考 MetaLink access FAQ （note 361177.1）

在这次改变日期临近前，我们将提供更详细的变化信息。

这一消息是以中文发布的，并且针对的对象为Oracle Employees & Customers， User from country： CHINA ，显然这一举措是为了应对大量帐号的创建共享和泄漏。对于Oracle来说这可能是一件好事，可是对于很多用户，这也许是个灾难。
