　　利用PL/SQL Developer登陆scott用户时输入用户名和密码，报

　　ORA-28000: the account is locked-的解决办法错。

　　二、解决办法

　　方法一

　　1 利用具有管理员身份的登陆号进入

　　2 查看树形菜单的Users节点

　　3 找到被锁住的用户名

　　4 右击编辑，将账户被锁住的勾去掉

　　5 再用被锁住的号登陆，那时会让你重置密码

　　方法二

　　1 利用具有管理员身份的登陆号进入

　　2 alter user username account unlock;
