首先下载到的是89个RAR压缩文件,解压后为大小将近1.3G的ISO文件。用虚拟驱动器加载发现有5个部分:FrontPage、Office_Pro、OneNote、Project_Pro和Visio_Pro。如图:
NOW,开始从Office_Pro安装,我选择的是保留现有Office软件(从下图可见,安装已经把之前版本的快捷方式给替换掉了……),安装过程很缓慢。见图:
安装结束后安装自动退出……开始体验Office……

打开Word,虽然早看过了Office 12的截图,还是被其崭新的界面所震撼!的确是一大变革,菜单完全重新组排过了。要说是传统菜单彻底颠覆也不准确,毕竟还有一个File菜单和老版本相似,注意:相似并不相同,看后面的截图。可以说新版Office操作更加形象化,更易于上手了。
我将所有菜单的一级子菜单来了个全家福,过瘾吧?要说明一点,空间有限酒不展示所有的下级菜单了,有兴趣自己体验吧。注意:图中的图标大小会随着窗口的大小改变而变化的,并且所显示的按钮数量也是动态变化的。比如你选择了一幅图片,相关的菜单及按钮也会显现,如图。
还有,我们知道到目前为止,Word的保存扩展名都是doc,而该版本的扩展名为docx。这是由于Office 12中,无论是Word、Excel,还是Powerpoint都将默认支持XML文件格式。融入XML功能后,Office 12中Word、Excel和Powerpoint的默认文件格式将由当前的*.doc、*.xls和*.ppt变为*.docx、*.xlsx、*.pptx。

Excel界面风格自然和Word是一样的,与之前的版本表面上看最大的不同莫过于分页视图了,可以由下方的三个状态按钮切换。请注意看截图,分页视图中有标题栏和页脚,还可插入很多类似宏的东西,是不是很像是Word的功能?
界面大小控制变成了拖动条,可以精确控制显示尺寸,其他都和word类似。刚发现一个热键F6,按下后当前界面工具栏的快捷键都回显示出来,再按一下F6消失!粗略试用,到此为止,更多改变等待你的发现……
