使Cluster支持ThinkPHP-3.2.0-develop 版本

ThinkPHP 3.2.0 develop版的Cluster 引擎 Bae Sae等云平台
刚出来ThinkPHP开发版3.2.0的时候，看了代码和使用之后，就喜欢上了它的结构，也运用到了现在正在做的项目中，独立分组，非常灵活，自己也做了稍微的改动，用起来很方便，模块化的开发挺灵活的。最近同学在用Bae，了解到了ThinkPHP 的Cluster云引擎，但是看了下，只支持到3.1.2的版本，所以自己就把3.1.2版的cluster拿来做了处理，支持了TP3.2.0，目前只测试了Bae,其他的还没来得及测试，现发出代码，供大家测试，如发现问题，请留言，我会及时更新。
