关于tp3.2 自定义标签

今天 2015-06-02 项目中用到了自定义标签，放到系统目录的自定义标签可以自动加载，但是放到 Home/TagLib 下就不行了
今天 2015-06-02 项目中用到了自定义标签，放到系统目录的自定义标签可以自动加载，但是放到 Home/TagLib 下就不行了，后来找到源代码加了一行代码就好了
不知道是不是bug
修改的 核心类的 Library/Think/Template.class.php
