HTTP 错误 404.3 - Not Found有人说可能是在iis中没有正确的配置WCF服务，我也试过使用 %Windows%\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation目录下的ServiceModelReg.exe，但是一点开exe文件就跳掉，谁来帮助一下
