下载了2.13版的CodeIngoniter,什么也没改变的情况下，任何路由都会指向default controller，在router.php里面写的也不起作用，如果不写defaultcontroller的话/index.php/welcome/index也访问不到welcome。
是什么原因？还有其他什么需要配置的吗？
