为什么设置了data.timezone，但系统还是会报错呢？

我试过以下两种设置：
设置1：
<code>data.timezone = Asia/Shanghai </code>
设置2：
<code>data.timezone = PRC </code>
php文件也很简单，如下：
<code><?php phpinfo(); ?> </code>
在data那个位置还是会报错，为什么呢？
备注：
- php通过php-fpm重启
- 已确定重启成功

date 不是 data
