long polling，或者叫做comet，就是用长连接挂在那里，这样在有消息的时候可以立刻返回；然后再建立一个新的长连接。
ajax定时获取可以实现，更好的方案是使用ajax长轮询，具体请自行google之
xmpp + conversejs
- comet长连接
- 高级浏览器websockets
- ajax轮询，实时性要求不高的情况时。
