这个调用摄像头应该是取决于浏览器的支持吧，微信应该不会做这么底层的东西
试试HTML5的摄像头函数，也许可以。
另外直接选择图片会提示是拍照还是选择照片的。

目前没有开放这类接口，以后应该也不会。
