之前是安装有5.3不过现在的所有关于php的配置路径都改成5.4的了，命令行运行 php 这个命令就会报错
后面还会有一些这样的弹出框，一路确定下去最后php文件还是正常的被解释运行了。

最主要的原因是php的配置问价 php.ini 出现问题
http访问正常是因为 apache的配置文件中指明了 php的目录以及php的配置文件目录
CLI模式出现问题是因为 我电脑里面安装了 php5.3 跟php5.4 ,虽然现在的path里面只有php5.4的路径
php在命令行一执行就会出现这种错误，但是如果这样
<code>php -c "当前php5.4的配置文件路径" </code>
就OK了。究其原因还是配置文件的问题，然后给php5.3里面的配置文件重命名了，在执行php就正常了。
找到原因了，但是不解的是为什么php会去寻找之前的配置文件，而不是当前文件夹的配置文件
