提交PHP官方文档中文翻译

看到 PHP 文档里有些文档，中文部分没跟上更新，想查到的时候顺手更新了，可是进入编辑后发现不知道怎么匿名提交……，好囧，问下有没人知道怎么匿名提交，申请账号感觉有点成本太高
今天查到了empty()的参数问题感觉很莫名其妙，记得之前有看过英文的文档里说明了5.5以后支持函数返回值参数了，但是中文文档没更新。
