调用的function是DoCreditCardCharge，然后参数是bizbasecontract这个类型，这个bizbasecontract是一个基类，其他类都是继承这个类的，我需要用到的是payphonecardbywebsitecontract这个类，所以不知道怎么传参了

我们项目访问 .net webservice是用的 SOAP
有个SoapClient::__soapCall( string $function_name , array $arguments ) 第二个参数就是参数了
