好像之前见过一个帖子，就是lz这种情况。估计有可能是因为图片被编辑了，但是一些元信息没有更新。
可以试试使用gd库的imagecreatefromXXX()之后，通过imagesx()和imagesy()来获取宽高。
确实有可能是楼上说的情况，图片数据中有一部分是关于方向的信息， 详情见http://www.cocoachina.com/ios/20150605/12021.html
