C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config 进行编辑，香港空间，网站空间，将activityTimeout设置调大，默认为600(10分钟)，最大支持3600(1小时)，香港服务器，单位秒~
方法二：
开始->运行->cmd->进入
C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\appcmd set config -section:system.webServer/fastCgi/[fullPath='C:\Program Files\PHP\php-cgi.exe'].activityTimeout:600
