phpstrom安装出错的解决办法：首先打开“设置”选项；然后依次点击“Appearance & Behavior-System Settings-Updates”；最后取消勾选“Use secure cennection”即可。

phpstorm 安装插件提示超时失败（timeout）
如果使用了代理，检查代理或关闭代理。如果没有按下面方法设置
打开设置（默认ctrl+alt+s）
File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Updates
去掉勾选 Use secure cennection，如下图
此时点击应用（apply）
这时再去插件管理页面安装插件，就可以成功了
