配置php_intl模块总是加载失败，在这找到了解决方法。
首先，，把php_intl.dll需要的dll拷贝到apache的bin目录里面，即php目录下面的（所有icu*.dll的dll）文件：
icudt36.dll
icuin36.dll
icuio36.dll
icule36.dll
iculx36.dll
icutu36.dll
icuuc36.dll
拷贝到apache/bin目录下面。
然后，在php.ini 添加一行 extension=php_intl.dll。
最后，重启apache 即可正常使用。
或者修改环境变量（window+Pause Break组合键），在Path中添加php的路径。
