处理方式： 指定宽高缩放。
图片尺寸： 宽度380px
图片质量： 72
图片格式： jpg
样式： imageView2/2/w/380/q/72/format/jpg
但是发现上传的图片还是原大小，根本没处理

七牛的吧？ 处理的不是上传的图片，而是输出的图片，在输出图片的地址上带上处理方式的后缀，就能输出对应的图片。有没有仔细看文档呢。
