使用php通过system函数调用linux的fping工具，这样就可以批量ping了。 （fping能以轮转方式并行地发出大量的ping请求）

用工具吧 不要自己造轮子
你应该尝试一下异步库，这样花费的时间将是是ping中延迟最长的那个而不是所有的ping时间积累．PHP有swoole，它位于https://github.com/swoole/swoole-src．你也可以选择nodejs，通过api将最后的结果交给PHP．
