通过PHP SOAP 调用 java 写的WebService 请求地址是http://220.171.28.152:9080/nsps/services/NetSalePlatform?wsdl
里面有两个方法 一个提交方法 和一个返回方法 但是提交参数后 提示 连接不到主机不知道怎么回事。

WSDL协议应该可以在浏览器内直接打开看到接口文档的
