不过通常都不去捕获这个异常，因为
1-sql语句不对还不赶紧改。
2-极低概率出现的异常导致的失败可以被最外层的errorHandler处理掉，跳转到预定义的500错误页面，此事可遇不可求，无法测试。
系统出错后，如果代码没有去捕捉异常，则框架会自动调用Yii::Log()去记录错误信息。不过这个需要你在配置文件中配置好日志记录的级别的目录类型。然后才能框架才能记录到文件中。可以详细看一下 LOG 部分的文档。
