java-ee - eclipse安装插件过慢的问题

系统为mac os x10.11.1
想要在标准版的eclipse里装j2ee,
结果一直停留在如图的界面。
提示我eclipse cannot perform operation.computing alternate solutions may take a while

为啥不用maven,另外IntelliJ IDEA 比eclipse好用太多，自动导包～～抓紧转过来
