java - Struts2不使用Visitor如何验证Bean中属性

form 表单中提交的数据有一条是

 pvsDatadictBean.dictid=1001
 

现在需要添加一条验证规则，保证pvsDatadictBean.dictid 不能为空，但是没有起作用
