python sqlalchemy create_engine问题

import pyodbc
engine = sqlalchemy.create_engine("mssql+pyodbc://<username>:<password>@<dsnname>")

df.to_sql("table_name", engine)

我知道常规的语句大概是这样，如下
engine = create_engine('mysql+mysqldb://scott:tiger@localhost/foo')

但是我们老大设置密码的时候，密码最后一位是@，于是连接方式变成
engine = create_engine('mysql+mysqldb://scott:tiger@@localhost/foo')
两个@在一块了,好像连不上数据库了，该怎么解决
