参考http://www.yiichina.com/doc/guide/2.0/start-installation 安装Yii，当打开网页时，遇到“the file or directory to be published does not exist bower/jquery/dist”错误

去参考官方文档：https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2/blob/master/docs/guide-zh-CN/start-installation.md 发现问题在安装的插件有bug需要更新到最新版

Yiichina给的是composerglobalrequire"fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.0.0"

官网给的是composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.1.1"

改成官网的再生成basic网站就可以正常访问了
