502 - php的phalcon框架502 Bad Gateway错误，nginx环境

如果是简单的 echo 'hello world'; 的话可以正常访问，使用phalcon的就不行，不知道怎么回事，求助。
php-fpm.log总是出现下面这样的提示：

是否安装了opcache，先禁用试试。
