网站是使用ecshop架设的，在后台配置邮箱信息时提示“服务器没有开起fsockopen”,查看了相关文档，并结合php的环境lnmp，发现lnmp对php的某些函数进行了限制使用，解决办法就是从禁止使用函数列表里面去除该函数名。具体操作方法：编辑/usr/local/php/etc/

具体操作方法：

编辑/usr/local/php/etc/php.ini 查找disable_functions 
将里面的fsockopen 去掉执行： /etc/init.d/php-fpm restart

重启完后直接可以使用fsockopen,其他的函数也可以参考此方法，先检查一下有没有被配置文件给禁用了
